Transmission Gear Reducer Planetary Gearbox Reduction Gear Box for Gear Motors
Description:
N series of planetary reducers are widely used for industrial and heavy-duty severe applications. These planetary reducers feature compact size, low noise, excellent reliability, and long life. In-line or right-angle planetary gearboxes are available in male and female shaft configurations. The male shaft solution (splined or cylindrical) is able to withstand strong radial or axial loads on the output shaft.
As a leading planetary gearbox manufacturer, these reducers are produced via modular design, customized according to requirements. Housing material is made from nodular cast iron which increases rigidity and antiknock properties. Heavy-duty bearings are installed at the low-speed shaft to bear significant radial loads due to proportionate torque distribution. Every gear is case-hardened to ensure high reliability and durability. With 16 models available for different torque ranges, each model offers 1-5 stages to achieve various ratios. The high-speed design selection includes cylindrical with key, hydraulic motor, and electric motor options, allowing for multi-position installation and various fastening types.
