Established in 1986, our facility is a professional manufacturer and exporter focused on the design, development, and production of motor iron cores. We currently manufacture approximately 100,000 pieces of stator and motor laminations per month.
Our products comply with international quality standards and are used in high-efficiency motors, servo motors, elevator traction motors, shield motors, and new energy vehicles. Covering 20,000 square meters, we utilize 11 high-speed stamping presses (including AIDA 200T and 125T) and 6 aluminum die-casting machines (45 to 280 tons).
Since 2022, we have operated under the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, ensuring total customer satisfaction through precision surface grinding, welding robotics, and specialized slitting lines.
