YVF Three-phase Variable Frequency Speed Motor

The YVF series motor is designed for optimal performance in low-frequency regions. As motor speed reduces, traditional ventilation systems often lose effectiveness. To counteract this, the rear end of our motor is equipped with an independent axial cooling fan (Single-phase 220V or Three-phase 380V). This ensures effective cooling at any speed, allowing the motor to run reliably at both high and low velocities.

Produced with IEC standard flange installation dimensions, the YVF motor maintains excellent universal compatibility and can be seamlessly interchanged with general standard motors. It can also be equipped with brakes and encoders to achieve precise, stepless speed control.

Our manufacturing process utilizes advanced technology, including die-casting machines, CNC machining equipment, automatic wire winding machines, and electric test machines. Every rotor and impeller undergoes rigorous balancing testing to ensure high efficiency and durability, specifically for the plastics, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
