YE3 series super efficiency motor is our newest design efficiency products, which in line with the second efficiency standard in the provisions of GB 18613-2-12 "the energy efficiency limit and the energy efficiency rating of small and medium-sized three phase asynchronous motors and IEC60034-30-2008 efficiency standard level IE4.

YE3 series motors are suitable for almost all applications and could be used to drive all kinds of general purpose machines such as compressors, ventilators, pumps, etc. It can also be used in hazardous areas within the oil, chemical, steel, and mining industries.

Structure Declaration:

Parallel vertical radiation ribs are adopted in frame design, and the ventilating structure contains two separate cooling wind paths. Air external to the motor is driven by an external fan to blow over the radiation ribs. Meanwhile, four ventilating ducts within the frame and the inner wind path formed by an internal fan and axial vents on rotor sheets improve heat dissipation efficiency effectively.

Squirrel-cage copper-bar structure or cast aluminum structure is adopted in rotor design, ensuring very low vibration after high-precision dynamic balance tests. The primary terminal box is mounted at the top of the frame and can be configured on the left or right, or at a 45-degree angle based on user needs.
